We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach these Terms of Service.
SpearBid services are provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind. We expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory.
In no event shall SpearBid be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SpearBid and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Delaware.
